About Baja Supply

Baja Supply sells liquid laundry detergent, fabric softener and dish soap in 5-gallon pails, by the pail, for delivery in California, Nevada and Arizona.

Double-stacked pallets of plain white 5-gallon pails, shrink-wrapped, in the open door of a terracotta stucco warehouse, with a red pallet jack at the dock edge.
  1. Who we are

Baja Supply is a brand of Baranta International Trade Solutions LLC, which does business as Baja Supply at 919 S Imperial Avenue, Calexico, CA 92231.

  2. Made in Mexico

Our products are made in Mexico from the manufacturer's own formulas, then filled and labeled in Mexico. Baranta imports them into the United States and distributes them. Every label says so: “Distributed by: Baranta International Trade Solutions LLC” and “MADE IN MEXICO”.

  3. Our names

Each line is named after an everyday thing in a Mexican home. PAPALOTE is a kite, SIESTA is the afternoon nap and CAZUELA is the clay cooking pot. The variety names describe a scent or a use, such as NOCHE DE GALA (gala night) or TALLADITO, from tallar, to scrub clothes by hand.

  4. On every pail

An English product label with directions, cautions, ingredients, the lot code and net contents, and a bilingual drowning warning for the pail. The product label also prints the address of our ingredient pages and our toll-free number.

  5. Ingredients in the open

California's Cleaning Product Right to Know Act asks us to publish each product's ingredients. Every ingredient page starts with the ingredient statement exactly as printed on the label, then lists every ingredient by weight. You can also look up the lot code on a pail and see the label printed for that lot.

  6. How we sell

We sell by quote, with no prices on this website. Order any number of pails, in any mix of products; empty pails and pumps are sold by the piece. For reference, a pallet holds 36 pails and a full truck 26 pallets. Payment terms are set for each account; nothing is paid online.

Seen from inside a warehouse, a worker pulls a pallet of plain white pails across the dock plate into a plain white box truck backed up to the door.
